Diego is a designer and art director focused on UX/UI design and branding. He studied visual communication in Centro de Diseño in Mexico City and began his design career with print, branding and editorial projects focused on cultural institutions like Bellas Artes Museum, Colección Patricia Phelps de Cisneros, National Museum of Art (Mexico), and MoMA Store NY.
Prior to joining Teal, Diego was design leader of the National Digital Strategy of the Office of the President of Mexico. There, he worked on visual design, data visualization and branding projects for a variety of programs and partnerships for the government of Mexico. At Teal, he’s designed for clients including Alliance for Justice, Democratic Governors Association, Groundswell Fund, Ultraviolet, and Voto Latino. Diego enjoys creating flexible design systems for websites of any size, especially those with an editorial feel and a general dose of color.
